Dr. Arash Hakhamian is a graduate of UCLA University of California Los Angeles and graduated with trip honors including college honors, departmental honors, and latin honors. Dr. Arash was accepted into the psychobilogy program which was heavily based on sciences and also graduated as a Bachelore of Science in the world renowned Anthropology department where he was exposed to Linguistics, Archeology, physical and cultural anthropology.

“Having studied Anthropology was one of the absolute best decisions of my life which allowed me to literally learn about various cultures, religions, dialects, diets, and behavioral patterns of different ethnicities therefore allowing me to comfortably treat patients of all backgrounds,” states Dr. Arash. “I had the honor of being trained by some of the most well known and famous Anthropologists in the world who taught me about cultural nuances that one would ordinarily not be exposed to. I not only understand the wants and needs of patients from different cultures but also how to properly treat them taking into consideration their particular lifestyles, practices, and diet.”

Dr. Arash graduated in the top 1% of his peers with every type of honors that UCLA provided to its students. He was chosen to participate in the selective college honors program which only accepts a small percentage of the patient pool based on the their GPA. He also was chosen as only one of 10 students to receive departmental honors after being hand selected and completing a rigorous program including heading a research division which was IRB approved to work with human subjects. Lastly, due to outstanding GPA and getting an A or higher in every single class he ever attended at UCLA, Dr. Arash was also granted Latin honors designation, an honor that resulted in his being accepted to the prestigious USC School of Dentistry immediately after graduating from UCLA.
